It started as a favor.
Med Dox iFind's roots go back to the late 1990s, when Rich Smith — already an established corporate recruiter — began helping radiologists in training find their first positions, pro bono, as a favor to a personal connection. The favor never stopped. In 2006 it became a firm. Physician recruiting is demanding, personal work, and that has suited us from the start.
